1. Return Eligibility

- The product is missing pages or has printing issues
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging and invoice should be available
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged books after delivery
- Digital products or e-books
- Books purchased during clearance or special sale offers (unless damaged)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team with your order details
- Share clear images of the damaged or incorrect product
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions
4. Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer or store credit
5. Exchange Policy
Customers may also request an exchange for damaged or incorrect books, subject to product availability.
6. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), return shipping charges will be covered by Pustak Factory
- For other approved returns, shipping charges may not be refundable
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
